Project Process and Pricing

Stand-Out Communication delivers services economically, effectively and on-time to clients. In most cases our process will include:

Step 1) Initial Client Conference—After you contact us, we will schedule a complimentary hour-long meeting to determine your needs. We will give you a preliminary time line for your assignment once we understand what you want to accomplish.

Step 2) Initial Agreement—By the date we have agreed to, we will provide you with a proposal contract giving the deliverables and costs. Half of the project cost will be due before work begins along with the signed proposal.

Step 3) We will collect more information through email exchanges and phone conversations as we complete your project. Our goal is to deliver your project on time and on budget as we have both agreed. Only if the scope increases will there be any additional changes to the original agreement.

Step 4) Sign-Off—Final payment of the balance and sign-off by the client is due upon completion of the project.
